Isn't it neat?

Enter the following code into your table cells:
<td bgcolor="#COLOUR BEFORE" onmouseover="this.style.backgroundColor='#COLOUR HOVERING';" onmouseout="this.style.backgroundColor='#COLOUR AFTER';">Some stuff here</td>

COLOUR BEFORE means the original colour of the table before it was hovered over.
COLOR HOVERING is the color that your visitors see when they hover over the table.
COLOUR AFTER is the colour that is left after you are done hovering. (Most people leave the colour before and after the same)
