About the layout

At first I wanted to have the navigation links as rollovers, but after trying everything from CSS to JavaScript, nothing seemed to be working so I left it as it is. Maybe another time! This layout is the first I've done in a while (how many times have I said that?) and I like it. A lot. You should too! I've applied a few spiffy effects to the image from Door of Arcadia. I love working with these kind of images just because they're more detailed and professional-looking.
As you can see there is a glow around the image, partly because it looks nice and partly because I didn't have time to extract it properly. The effect still looks nice though. =]
